Vitamin A is a great mineral that helps the skin get rid of old and dead cells while regenerating new ones. Your diet should therefore have more of carrots, broccoli, squash, spinach, kale, and sweet potatoes, and less of greasy and fried foods, durian, lychee, and chocolate. You may experience them once in a while, but keep it down, will you?
A lot of people don’t think much of exercise, and a lot more know that exercise is the best thing a human being can do for themselves. Certainly there aren’t too many people who think of working out as a treatment for wrinkles, but they are wrong. When your heart beats that much stronger, and your blood flows better, the tissues of your skin receives more empowerment to get rid of dead and dying matter. It is not immediately apparent, but people who exercise a lot do not only get to look younger and less wrinkled than most other people, they also actually get to be healthier and live longer.
A natural way to treat your skin for wrinkles is to avoid too much sunlight. Time spent outdoors in the early morning before the sun is healthy, but you may want to stay out of it when it is high noon. The sun is well known to be a major cause of wrinkling and without too much it your body has the much needed chance to heal and regenerate your skin. You know you could definitely use that kind of advantage.
Think positive; watch out for stress. You know, when you allow too much stress in your body, you cause a major energy imbalance, and a disproportion of your endocrine system. Hormones have been known for a long time to contribute to health and cell growth. When you allow them to run amok, your skin will pay for it in wrinkles and the rest of your body will pay for it in ill health. Learn to think positive in any instance you find yourself, and learn to manage your stress levels.
Once you are able to do that, you should find yourself more at ease, and certainly you will have fewer wrinkles all over your body. Your skin may not have that artificial glow that is characteristic of cosmetics and anti-wrinkle medications, but this new tone and texture it has is totally for real.
